Sheng Ming Material Regenerate Center locates in the east industrial region of Lai Shui County in He Bei province, bordering the 112 national highways. The surrounding of the center are all industrial areas awaiting exploration, which enables the center has geographic superiority. Being subordinate to the Economic Joint Agent of Yi An town of Lai Shui county, the center is a collective-owned enterprise specialized in the import, administration, the disintegration and classification, and the sales of waste materials. The center signed contract with Beijing Tian Yu Huan Tai Environmental Protection Co; Ltd in 2004 to co-own the import right of waste materials, including the yearly production of 5,000 tons of waste brass and aluminum, 2000 tons of scrap iron, 3,000 tons of waste plastics and 4,000 tons of waste engineer, 4,000 tons of waste wires and 2,000 tons of hard wares.
    The center has RMB500, 000 Yuan registered funds. It takes about 25 Mu, in which 9,600 kilometer is for storerooms and 5,000 kilometer for the disintegration and classification workshops. The storerooms have the modernized lifting, calculating, process, store and transportation facilities. Now the center has 15 administers and 65 temporary staff. The management scopes of the center are the recovery of waste materials (productive or unproductive) and nonferrous metal, the disintegration of waste cars, the sales of cars, car’s spare parts, metal materials, industrial and construction materials, mechanism facilities, textiles, electrical home appliances and daily expenses.
